Imagine having daily daymares (not exaggerating – I’ve been diagnosed with schizophrenia) every day because the fire inside you went out.
With the help of modern medicine, I medicate just to stay afloat. Before meeting Kelsey, I was breathing yet I didn’t feel alive. I needed to figure out how to work with modern medicine and also experience the fire again.
I could tell Kelsey knew what was going on from the start, but her style of teaching keeps you accountable over and over and over again until it becomes automatic that the only finger pointing you do is towards yourself.
